When accepting bookings online, in house or over the telephone, we will ask for your credit or debit card details (we do not accept American Express) to secure the reservation. No charges are made to your card to secure the booking, and your details are encrypted and stored securely in line with PCI DSS.
Once we have verified your credit or debit card details we will send you a confirmation, which also outlines our cancellation policy.
All cancellations or alterations require a minimum of 24hours notice by email or telephone. Without such notice, we reserve the discretion to charge a cancellation fee of £20 per person to your card.
You will also be asked for specific details to comply with the track & trace guideline for the safety of our staff and yourselves. Please note that we will only be taking a maximum of 8 persons to one table and you will be allocated a time duration for your visit to ensure a deep cleanse of the area before and after each guest. Do try your best to be on time for your reservation to help us work as best we can within a reduced team.
A polite reminder that we provide a different offering of menu depending on the day and time. At our lunch hours Wednesday through to Saturday we provide an offering of a set lunch menu or alternatively our short tasting menu. Sundays we offer a three course menu and for all evenings reserved at Heaneys we offering a short or full tasting menu option.
We are happy to cater towards Vegan and Vegetarian menus with a minimum of 48hours notice.
